At Aussie Life Education, we are committed to providing high-quality education, training, and consultation services. Please read this Cancellation & No Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any of our services or booking an appointment.
All payments made to Aussie Life Education are final, fixed, and non-refundable.
Important Notice: Once a service is purchased, a payment is processed, or an appointment/consultation is booked with us, there is an absolute No Refund policy under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made.
This strict policy applies to, but is not limited to:
Education counselling and university/college placement services
PTE & NAATI preparation courses (including online training programs, course materials, and digital resources)
Appointment booking fees and administrative/processing fees
Any other individual or packaged services provided by Aussie Life Education
Clients have the right to request the cancellation of a service, class, or booked appointment at any time. However, following our straightforward policy, no refunds or partial refunds will be provided for any fees already paid, regardless of when the cancellation notice is given.
Aussie Life Education provides professional guidance but does not guarantee specific admission outcomes, university acceptance, or application processing timelines by educational institutions or external authorities.
Consequently, absolutely no refunds will be issued under circumstances where:
An application is delayed, deferred, or rejected by educational institutions or authorities.
A client becomes ineligible due to changing personal criteria or updated entry requirements.
A client decides independently not to proceed with their application or study plans at any stage.
Government regulations, educational policies, or laws change.
Once a student or client is enrolled in any training program or course, all fees are entirely non-refundable, irrespective of:
A change of mind or personal preference.
Failure to attend scheduled classes or training sessions.
Failure to complete the course within the stipulated timeframe.
Unsatisfactory exam results or academic performance.
Any sudden changes in personal or financial circumstances.
It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure they fully understand the nature, scope, and terms of the service, course, or consultation they are purchasing before making a payment.
By processing a payment, booking an appointment, or signing an agreement with Aussie Life Education, the client explicitly acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be bound by this strict No Refund Policy.
Aussie Life Education reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or update services, course structures, timetables, and training programs when necessary. Such operational adjustments do not entitle clients to any form of refund or compensation.
